If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may return the item to us. We ask that any items you return are in their original packaging, including tags.
Items can be returned within 28 days from purchase, complete with proof of purchase. On receipt Annie and Snail will process a refund for you or provide a replacement if preferred. We aim to process refunds as soon as we are in receipt of a returned item.
Annie and Snail will not be responsible for the postage costs in returning any items. Please contact annieandsnail@gmail.com where we will advise you on how to return the item to us. Please obtain proof of posting as Annie and Snail cannot be responsible for goods in transit on its return.
Please be aware that some of our items may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Upon purchase you will be made aware if the item will apply to this returns policy.
